St. Mary's Church- Sullivan, Indiana

Becky Loudermilk and I worked together on this church alter mural in Sullivan, Indiana. They had a great stereo system in the church so that we could crank up the tunes and crank out this painting job in 4 days time.  That included setting up the scaffolding, and moving the incredibly heavy cross. This effect was created with layers of colored glaze.  Every inch of this 16' x 24' mural has 2-5 layers of glaze on it to achieve the light airy look.  Long days, hard work, fun times.
